How do I send a message to another user?
To send a message to another user, click on 'View Message Board' from the relevant project. Once on the message board, click 'Reply' to post a message, then enter your username, password and the message you want to post, select username of the recipient if you wish to keep the message private.
I've clicked on the sign up link sent to my e-mail address, but just get an error message.
In some e-mail clients or on some services such as AOL, the e-mail link sent to you when you start to sign up may be broken between two or more lines. In order to sign up, you must use the full web link sent to you in order to continue the sign up process. If clicking on the link does not work, please cut and paste all of the link into your web browser to continue.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, please log into your account through 'Manage Account' and select the 'Edit Info' button, after which you can select a new password and then click 'Enter'. You will then have to log in again with your new password.
How do I recover my username or password?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please recover it by clicking the "Forget Password?" link on most pages, which can be found just under the user log in box.
Soon after logging in, I am asked to log in again. Why?

To change your email address or other account information, please log into your account through the 'Manage Account' menu option.
I want to stop receiving new project e-mails from you, how can I do this?
You can choose not to receive new project e-mails by logging into 'Manage Account' and then clicking on 'Edit Info'. Uncheck the box labeled 'Notify me by e-mail when a project gets posted that is relevant to me' and click the 'Edit' button.
How do I cancel and remove my account?
To cancel and permanently remove your account, please contact support with your username and password.
I have posted a bid / message but it is not showing up on the relevant page.
After posting a bid or message please ensure that you refresh your web browser page to ensure you are viewing the latest version, and your bid / message should be visible.
I posted a project but it was closed or disappeared. What happened?
SpyTerra does not allow projects to be posted which request illegal services. If a project does request a service which to SpyTerra appears to be possible only by illegal means, the project will be closed or deleted.
I enter my username but it says not found. Why?
Please try again and make sure you enter your username in lower case only.
