I have paid for an item on ebay $2403, seller has failed to deliver it, said it was lost in mail transit. This transaction took place 10/29/09. The seller is a USA registered power seller with high feedback. I tried to get a refund but PayPal said I have to provide prove such as delivery confirmation but seller have sent it without signature request. Is there anything can be done to find parcel or get a refund? Please help!!!
